Outstanding hotel. Perfect example of a supposed two-star hotel that was better functionally than some five-stars I’ve stayed in. Perfectly fitted out bedroom - not huge but well designed with a six-foot bed. Things that some hotels get wrong were great here like lighting, shower. Great location a street away from the sea and just between the old and new towns. Perfect for both. Great restaurant below for breakfast - also good organic supermarket. Good coffee maker available 24 hours.

The location is extremely convenient. I found the room clean, cobfortable and quiet. I had a very good night sleep. I appreciated the self check in option, as I arrived late in the evening. The closeness to the public car park and the reduced rate available to me as a guest of the Pension was also a plus. Ruth, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful. I would gladly come back and can highly recommend this accommodation.

Great place to stay right in the old town "pintxo district". The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a lovely tree-filled view and many pleasant surprises (a washing machine!), and the off-season price was a bargain.

Great location, 1 min from La Concha beach and 7 min to Old town. Brand new apartment renovated to high standarts, very comfortable bed, two large TVs, very large bathroom. The windows are overlooking the inner court and have frosted glass so there is no view but plenty of daylight.

The host is really nice, friendly, and readily reachable and quick in reply to requests or questions. The online check-in was smooth without any problem. The apartment is well-maintained and very clear, while providing plenty of kitchenware and facilities. The location is exceptional, sitting in a shopping area and not far away from the old town and the beach. My family and I did enjoy the stay here. I'd definiely recommend to others and stay again when my family travels again to San Sebastian.
